IDF: Terror not ruled out but car-ramming in Samaria was most likely an accident:
An initial investigation by the IDF and the Shin Bet into the car-ramming in which an Israeli woman was killed, was most likely a car accident. “That said, an investigation in another direction has not yet been ruled out,” IDF said.
