The IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman posted a photo Friday of a Muslim terrorist who was shot by the Gaza border by the IDF while holding a weapon.
“Didn’t you say the march today was going to be non-violent and without weapons? Who are you trying to fool?” Avichay Adraee wrote in Arabic on his Twitter page.
“There is no limit to the exploitation and hypocrisy of Hamas,” COGAT wrote in Arabic.
“Today they sent to the security fence, to where violent protests were taking place, people with intellectual disabilities to carry out provocative actions against IDF soldiers and to serve as human shields,” Maj. Gen. Mordechai charged.
“Instead of taking care of Gaza’s residents, and particularly the disadvantaged and special needs populations, Hamas’s false heroes exploit them and send the weak straight towards danger. Gazans, wake up! This is the behavior of sub-humans,” he continued.
COGAT also condemned Hamas’s use of children in the protest. “Did Muhammad send little girls to dangerous military posts and war zones? Of course not. But the Hamas terror organization sent a seven-year-old Gazan girl to the border with Israel, and IDF soldiers returned her to her family,” he wrote.
“Hamas probably doesn’t know the well-known Hadith,” Mordechai continued, referring to the words, actions, and the silent approval of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
“The Prophet did not permit me to participate in Uhud battle, as at that time, I was 14 years old. But on the day of Khandaq battle, when I was 15 years old, the Prophet permitted my participation,” COGAT quoted the Hadith.
“Hamas has no problem endangering any Gazan child, in a way that contradicts Islam! There is no greater shame than using children for fighting, and any Muslim with a heart and a mind who knows the Hadith renounces that,” he added.
