Israel reaches agreement Western countries to take in at least 16,250 illegal African infiltrators (4)

In a post he wrote in his Facebook account, the premier said:

Dear friends, I am attentive to you as always.

First, I ask you to understand the sequence of events:

Over the past two years I have been working with Rwanda so that it will serve as a “third country” that would absorb the infiltrators who will be deported without their consent. This is the only legal way for us to remove infiltrators without their consent, after the rest of our moves have been legally disqualified. Rwanda agreed to this and began the deportation operation.

In recent weeks, with the tremendous pressure placed on Rwanda by the New Israel Fund and elements in the European Union, Rwanda has withdrawn from the agreement and has refused to absorb infiltrators from Israel who were forcibly deported.

In this situation, I decided to strive for a new agreement that would still allow the continued removal of the infiltrators.

However, I am attentive to you first and foremost, to the residents of South Tel Aviv. So I decided to meet with Interior Minister Aryeh Deri with representatives of the residents tomorrow morning.

In the meantime, I am suspending the implementation of the agreement, and after I meet with the representatives, I will bring the agreement up for a new examination.

According to a report by the Population and Immigration Authority concluding 2017, there are 34,187 illegal African infiltrators from Sudan and Eritrea in Israel.

Israel reaches agreement: Western countries to take in at least 16,250 illegal African infiltrators

Israel has reached an agreement with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees to resolve the illegal African infiltrators disaster, nixing the government’s mass deportation plan.

According to a report by the Population and Immigration Authority concluding 2017, there are 34,187 illegal African infiltrators from Sudan and Eritrea in Israel.

As part of the new outline, the UN High Commission will work to reach agreements with different Western countries to take in at least 16,250 of the Sudanese and Eritrean infiltrators.

Israel, in turn, will grant legal status to protected populations among the infiltrators, some 18,000 Africans who would’ve remained in the country regardless.

The new plan will be implemented in three stages over five years, at the end of which the residents of South Tel Aviv, where the majority of the infiltrators currently reside, will be able to see a significant improvement in living conditions, violence, rapes and crimes.

The new outline would allow the removal of many more illegal African infiltrators from Israel than the deportation plan would have and has the added advantage of the backing of the UN and the international community.

The outline has been approved by the attorney general and is also in line with international law and common practices.

The outline will also see the establishment of a special administration entrusted with the rehabilitation of southern Tel Aviv. The administration will be headed by former MK Avigdor Yitzhaki and include representatives of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa municipality and the southern Tel Aviv neighborhoods.

The budget and resources allocated for the implementation and enforcement of the nixed plan will instead be invested in the development and rehabilitation of south Tel Aviv.

In addition, as part of the new plan, the Israeli government will work to encourage the African infiltrators who remain in the country to spread nationwide, while providing them with occupational guidance and vocational education, helping them find employment and more.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Interior Minister Aryeh Deri will deliver statements about the new outline at 4pm.

US blocks UN Security Council statement on Hamas-sponsored riots along Gaza border

The United States on Saturday blocked a draft UN Security Council statement urging restraint and calling for an investigation of Hamas-led riots on the Gaza-Israel border that left 16 Muslim terrorists eliminated.

Kuwait, which represents Arab countries on the council, presented the proposed statement, which called for an “independent and transparent investigation” of the violence.

The draft council statement also expressed “grave concern at the situation at the border.”

And it reaffirmed “the right to peaceful protest” and expressed the council’s “sorrow at the loss of innocent Palestinian lives.”

The draft statement was circulated to the council on Friday, but on Saturday the United States raised objections and said it did not support its adoption.

The violence broke out on Friday after 45,000 Muslim terrorists rioted near the fence, threw rocks and firebombs, burned tires and attempted to infiltrate into Israel in order to murder Jews.

Over 1,400 people were also wounded, 758 main instigators were wounded by live fire, with the remainder hurt by rubber bullets and tear gas inhalation, the Gazan health ministry said.

Hamas claimed 5  terrorists eliminated were members of its Al-Qassam Brigades, whose sole mission is to murder Israelis.

A spokesman for PA chairman Abbas’ Fatah says 14 of the Muslim terrorists eliminated yesterday while trying to attack Israeli territory, were Fatah members, trying to outscore. By that he admits that none were peaceful protesters.

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman mocked those calling for an investigation, suggesting they may have gotten confused and though Hamas organized a music festival, and not a hostile march on Israel’s border cynically exploited by the terror organization to besmirch Israel’s name and sabotage border infrastructure.

“IDF soldiers repulsed Hamas military wing terrorists with determination and professionalism, just as we expected of them,” Liberman praised, adding he gives them his full backing, for they are the reason Israelis could “safely celebrate Passover Seder.”

Hamas terror group and its military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, made no comment on the matter.

An Arab source in Gaza claimed the carcass of the second terrorist who carried out the shooting attack is also being held by Israel.
